GABRIEL is a blend of 3 different origins. By playing on the proportions of the different coffee beans (but always 100% Arabica), we have with GABRIEL, a gourmet and balanced cup. It is unanimous among lovers of mild coffee, with harmonious aromatic notes! Gabriel is the cafe that everyone agrees on! Our beans are roasted by hand by our Italian roaster in a slow way (20min), to respect all the flavors.
