A predominantly hoppy beer, slightly bitter and more aromatic. The French Elixir and Mistral hops bring notes of citrus fruits and flowers with a dominance of pink grapefruit and jasmine. It goes wonderfully with spicier dishes, charcuterie with character or simply as an aperitif. alc. 5.5%
