We are Panagiotis Karamfillidis and Lazaros Kostadimas, two young entrepreneurs with unmistakably Greek roots. And with an insatiable passion for Greek cuisine. Especially for olive oil in all its facets. Uncle Nikos is to blame for this.

It was he who told us during a visit to Greece - it was 2011, in the middle of the severe economic crisis - how difficult it had become for him to sell his olive oil at a fair price. And anyway: the situation of the small companies in Greece is extremely difficult. That was the moment when we made the decision to help him market his valuable olive oil.

Little by little, other small olive oil manufacturers were added and this is how Pana + Laza came into being. A brand whose aim is to give a face to high quality and rare Greek products. Authentic. Handmade. Unadulterated. Real Greek cuisine.

Whether at Slowfood, Eat & Style or Intergastra, we regularly present our products to a broad specialist audience. At one of these food fairs - it was Eat & Style in Munich, we met Meta Hiltebrand. Meta tried our olive oil and she liked it so much that she immediately brought our products to the table in her restaurant.

And where passion meets, exciting projects await. This is exactly why we have come together to delight the palace of others. Because we like to share our passion and love for special products with other culinary lovers.

The starting shot of our cooperation is done and we can all be excited about what else we will invent and create in our kitchen of ideas to make other palates happy. And this is definitely just the beginning of a friendship and cooperation with the same passion: the love of enjoyment!
