Pack of 500 g of short candles from 100% Italian wheat, bronze drawn, with long and delicate drying at low temperature. The short candle is our traditional pasta format, but unique for its proud temperament, flavor and consistency and which will be able to enhance any culinary creation. The artisanal nature of the pasta does not allow you to define a single cooking time. It is advisable to immerse each kg of pasta in at least 10 liters and check the cooking until you reach the preferred one.
