PASTA PIEMONTE panettone is made in Turin by an Artisanal House which has existed since 1965. Their specialty is the production of “Piedmontese” panettone: with its characteristic hazelnut and almond glaze, rich in raw materials, it is the result of a delicate process based on natural sourdough. No baking powder and 48 hours of work to guarantee the sweetness and fragrance characteristics that distinguish their products. In addition to the hazelnut glaze with whole almond decoration, the Piedmontese Panettone is rich in currants and candied fruit peel. It's the essential dessert for the end of year celebrations!
