A refined cream with 63% Piedmontese hazelnuts ''Tonda Gentile Trilobata'' (considered the best hazelnut in the world) and only 2 other ingredients: cocoa and icing sugar. An ancient recipe of Piedmontese tradition with almost a century of history. Tradition without compromise: no oil (palm or otherwise), no milk and gluten-free. The product is suitable for vegans. Ingredients: 63% Hazelnuts from Piedmont Tonda Gentile Trilobata, icing sugar, cocoa. GIANDUJA Cream is made for us on our cousins' farm in Cossano Belbo (Langhe, 100 km from our store) where the hazelnuts are harvested and roasted.
