Carnaroli risotto with asparagus

Cook this creamy and melt-in-the-mouth Italian dish at home by following our easy RISOTTO recipes with the sachets in which you have all the ingredients! To make it a sure success, use a special rice: Carnaroli rice, rich in starch, is best suited to cooking this transalpine speciality. The cooking principle is simple: the risotto rice is first sautéed in olive oil, then deglazed with white wine and then cooked in broth, which is added ladle by ladle. If the traditional Milanese risotto is cooked with parmesan, there are many other variants of risotto: with porcini mushrooms, truffles, Piedmontese IGP hazelnuts, to name but a few. Italian risotto does not usually contain cream: the starch of the rice is enough to give it all its smoothness….. With one sachet you can serve 3/4 people.
