FOGU, ANGRY SAUCE OF PEPPER AND ORGANIC CHILI PEPPER

From the Roman culinary tradition, our idea of the angry sauce was born which we have chosen to call "Fogu" which translated from the dialect of our island, Sardinia, means fire. It is a sauce obtained from the perfect synergy between ripe red pepper and hot pepper, we at Ayo' have dedicated this sauce to the most daring palates, ideal for flavoring your sauces or to accompany aged cheeses so as to bring out the umami flavor .
