The large AYO' formats are created to satisfy the most demanding palates. Our recipe is a reinterpretation of the classic stuffed pepper, a fleshy and colored pepper that encloses a soft cream of pecorino cheese, the essence of Sardinia, handmade and stuffed one by one, they are preserved in sunflower oil which does not alter the taste. We at Ayo' see them as perfect to accompany a good glass of wine during an aperitif.
