The large AYO' formats are created to satisfy the most demanding palates. The pleurotus mushrooms are cut and lightly blanched in water and vinegar, seasoned with herbs, then preserved in sunflower oil which preserves their delicate taste as freshly picked. Our fleshy and crunchy mushrooms are excellent to accompany any dish, from an aperitif to cold or hot compound dishes.
