The bauletto is a leavened dessert that we offer all year round. The manufacturing process requires 36 hours of leavening before cooking. The soft and light dough makes it perfect for breakfast or as a dessert after a meal. The "figs and walnuts" variant is enriched with walnuts and diced figs.
