Panettone with Persi Pien

Reinterpretation of the classic Panettone in a Piedmontese key to recall the taste of the typical "persi pien" dessert. A classic dish made with baked peaches, macaroons and cocoa. This panettone is left to rise for 36 hours and embellished with cubes of candied peaches, chocolate chips and amaretti which are crumbled inside the dough. Before going into the oven, we glaze them and sprinkle them with amaretto grains for a crunchy and delicious crust. Like all our products, this dessert is also made and packaged entirely by hand.
