This pasta was made from an ancient variety of wheat called "Rouge de Bordeaux" and particularly renowned for its richness in beta-carotene. After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our twists are produced by hand by extrusion then dried at low temperature for a long time (18-20 hours). Our twists cook quickly (6 to 8 minutes).
