Egg Nest Spaghetti

After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our spaghetti are handcrafted by rolling and then dried at low temperature and for a long time (18-20 hours). The gentle working of the dough and shaping with our rolling machine gives rise to a flat spaghetti (2 mm) with ultra-fast cooking (2 to 4 minutes). Our spaghettis benefit from a manual and meticulous bagging, guarantee of a neat packaging. Manufacturing process: Rolling and drying at low temperature. Without GMOs, without dyes, without preservatives, without ionization. Labeling language: French, English, German, Dutch.
