It's June 10, 2018, I'm Ophélie, a high school teacher, my students are taking their baccalaureate in a few days, when I realize with amazement that they have only mastered the last chapter studied, they have forgotten all the knowledge previously acquired!
This electroshock questions me a lot, then I understand that the problem comes neither from me, nor from my students, but that forgetting is human...
It has even been proven (Hermann Ebbinghaus) that a human being forgets more than 90% of what he has learned after a month, if the information is not remobilized!
Under these conditions, how can a student sustainably memorize all of the knowledge expected for the baccalaureate, given that teachers cannot redo the entire program every month?
On June 10, 2018, PEDABOOST was born: I set myself the goal of creating a tool that would allow all students to revise all year long, wherever and whenever they want, all the knowledge expected for the baccalaureate, while having fun.
14 passionate teachers, committed to student success, are joining the adventure to create content for all disciplines.
Then we meet Charlotte, our good fairy, a graphic designer specializing in board games, who transformed our utopia into a playful reality.
Our games aim to promote lasting memorization / (re)instill the desire to learn / give meaning to knowledge / promote social bonds and mutual support / promote friendly moments without screens / reduce stress and anxiety / transform revisions into joyful and shared moments.
Our games have three very strong commitments:

We develop educational board games for secondary school students to contribute to the personal development, academic success, and equal opportunities of all middle and high school students.
