This recipe enhances autumn vegetables such as cabbage and squash, while revealing the aromas of fresh seasonal herbs and Espelette pepper. — Ingredients: Water, grass-fed beef bones (66%), onion, carrot, leek, turnip, cabbage, squash, celery, garlic, Salies IGP salt, AOP Espelette pepper, farmhouse cider vinegar, bay leaf, parsley and fresh thyme. Dohatsu broths are only cooked from fresh vegetables, in an artisanal manner and in small quantities. The recipes change with the seasons, they reflect the specificities of their terroir and the characteristics of each growing and breeding season. — All ingredients are natural and organic, without preservatives, colorings or artificial flavors.
