Our Tepache is inspired by traditional Mexican recipes. Our artisanal infusion ferments naturally thanks to the wild yeasts present on our pineapples. This infusion makes it possible to combine the sweet and fresh side of pineapple, with the spicy notes of ginger and the fruity notes of Sichuan pepper.
