In this way, it is possible to obtain an EVOO of exceptional quality, prioritizing the green fruity flavor and aroma over yield. For the production of this extra virgin olive oil, 10 kg of selected olives have been used for each liter of oil, resulting in an extra virgin olive oil with sweet fruity aromas reminiscent of peach and strawberry, with a touch of dried fruit. . On the palate it has a sweet touch, with a light and very balanced bitterness.
