This product is only served in Spain, Portugal and France. 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham 70 g sliced, from purebred Iberian pigs raised in extensive ranges and fed on acorns from the Salamanca pastures and cured in cellars in Guijuelo. Fine leg with fat of a soft and unctuous consistency with numerous infiltrations of shiny marbled fat that melts on the palate. Mild and delicate flavor, slightly sweet. Without a doubt a delight for the palate. Net weight: 70g Origin: Guijuelo. Recommendations: to fully appreciate its flavour, once removed from its packaging, leave it at room temperature (18ºC and 20ºC) for 20 minutes before consumption.
