This is our first red wine of the year 2021. Made using the traditional method of carbonic maceration, with the vatting of whole bunches. Hyper-fruity red wine with exquisite vegetable traits provided by the stem during the passage from must to wine. Albiker 2021 from Bodegas Altún for Petra Mora. Mikel Zeberio Tasting: Purple color, floral, with notes of red berries, light bitterness and graphite. Long in the mouth, mature and elegant.
