This product is only served in Spain, Portugal and France. Made from freshly milked milk from cows in the Catalan Pyrenees, it is a very peculiar soft cheese that retains all its flavor of fresh milk. Its bark is naturally moldy. Soft, unctuous paste, soft and creamy flavor, melting on the palate, with a lactic background and mushrooms. Milk: raw cow. Presentation: whole piece. Approximate weight: 250g Store: between 4 and 8 ºC. Maturation: between 1 and 2 months. Province: Lleida. Cheese: Tros de Sort. INGREDIENTS: Raw cow's milk, lactic ferments, animal rennet and salt. White moldy bark.
