Petritegi Monovarietal Cider JARE

”Jare" means free and defines this single-varietal Urtebi Txiki apple cider, acidic, intense and expressive. -INGREDIENTS: 100% native apples of the Urtebi Txiki variety collected in October in two selected plots in the Antzieta (Alkiza) and Agote-Txiki (Getaria) hamlets, both assigned to the Euskal Sagardoa - Cider of the Basque Country Denomination of Origin. -CHARACTERISTICS: Urtebi Txiki is a small, acidic and bitter green-yellowish apple.  We wanted to capture in this cider its essence and the freedom of those who express themselves as they are. -TASTING NOTES: View.  Greenish yellow color, with fine txinparta and youthful appearance.
 Smell.  Intensity and aromatic complexity (green apple), freshness and sweet memories.
 Taste.  First we notice the acidity that gives way to a fruity explosion.  The variety's characteristic bitterness provides structure and body, making the palate longer. -SERVICE: Serve at a temperature between 10oC and 13oC.  Shake lightly before opening and pour into glass. -ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Does not contain gluten.   Suitable for vegan diet.
