Petritegi Sagarpe Cider Vinegar (0.5 l)

Artisanal apple cider vinegar obtained from a natural cider made in the traditional way by the Otaño-Goikoetxea family in the Petritegi farmhouse in Astigarraga. -ELABORATION: Once the natural cider has been selected, the acetic fermentation is carried out.  Through this process the degree of alcohol is transformed into the degree of acidity.  The low alcohol content of the cider means that the acidity of this vinegar is very low and it is characterized by being very light and fresh. -APPLES: Some of the best native cider apple varieties have been selected from apple orchards owned by the family. -CATA'S NOTES: View.  Bright yellow color.
 Smell.  Fresh fruity aroma.
 Taste.  Freshness and light acidity. -CONSERVATION AND SERVICE: The bottles should be stored in a cool, dark place free of foreign odors.  Sagarpe is a low acidity product, coming from cider apples grown in the Basque Country.  It is the ideal condiment to use in our kitchen: salads, fish, etc.
