Sweet confit garlic mousse which should not scare you because you will smell the taste of garlic very slightly. It is the freshness of the product that will surprise you. Accompaniment (s): For our part, it is mandatory white wine! To be served frozen as an aperitif with sticks of raw vegetables. A white wine will be more appropriate but a rosé will also do the trick.
