To enhance the taste of this product, no sugar or salt has been added. 

The extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil bring roundness and deliciousness, the caper brings a touch of pep, the garlic and spices make the mixture unique and spicy. •A unique recipe designed and made in France. 

This recipe is cooked in Provence using carefully chosen ingredients to reduce intermediaries.   The dried tomatoes come directly from an Italian producer, who processes and packages his raw material himself. 

They are grown and dried in open fields in the South-East of Sicily.   The olives come from Spain, whose supplier has direct contact with the producers. 

They are supported by an agronomist to evolve their agricultural practices, towards more sustainability.
