A great classic but revisited by our pastry chef. Salted butter caramel can be enjoyed on bread, brioches, ice cream, pancakes, waffles ... and even on grilled meats! (Yes Yes !) Ingredients: Organic cream, sugar, glucose, butter, salt, traces of fruit hulls. After opening, keeps for a month in the fridge.
