The Lange Jan or Sleeping buddy provides extra support for a correct sleeping position. The Lange Jan helps with back problems. You place the long Jan pillow between your knees and arms, which promotes a good and comfortable sleeping position. The tension in the shoulders, between the shoulder blades and in the neck is reduced and the tissues concerned can recover as much as possible. The sleeping buddy is a comfortable-feeling elongated pillow, filled with wonderfully soft and resilient balls. The pillow can be placed between the knees (and lower legs) as well as between the arms. The ticking and the removable cover are made of 100% fine cotton in the color white.
