WHOLEMEAL KAMUT FLOUR

Kamut® Probios organic flour is obtained from the "ancient grain of wheat originating from Egypt, which has maintained its very high nutritional value over time. Kamut®, a cereal with precious nutrients from which a very tasty and easily digestible. The wholemeal version does not undergo any kind of separation, therefore it has a greater nutritional value. Suitable for bread making, in the preparation of bread, breadsticks, crushed bread, pizzas and sweet products. All Probios flours are packaged in a protective atmosphere in in order to maintain the organoleptic qualities unaltered over time.
