MEDIUM FRUITY extra virgin olive oil, 100% ITALIAN, from millenary olive trees of Puglia. Cold extracted and produced exclusively from the olives of our farm located in the Murgia Tarantina, manually harvested in advance of maturation and artfully pressed by our Mastro Oleario immediately after harvesting. Each stage of production is treated in every detail both in the olive grove and in the mill, to preserve the aromas and flavors of our products for as long as possible. Helios: the God of light and heat, represents the pure flavor of the radiant mono varietal. A single powerful variety of fruit, full of taste and unmistakable scent, which evokes a slight hint of leaf, typical of the Ogliarola olive from Taranto, from millenary olive trees, recovered and regenerated in two years of intense work in the fields. The color of this medium fruity, golden yellow with green reflections immediately recalls the rays of the almost perennial sun, a welcome invader of these lands that makes this nectar strong and at the same time balanced. RECOMMENDED COMBINATIONS. Extra virgin olive oil is not a condiment but an ingredient, a pure enhancer of aromas and flavors of a dish, an integral and irreplaceable part of every recipe.
