Cool and sophisticated and perfect after a lovely dinner or with your morning coffee, our Mint flavour has similar taste to ‘After Eight’ mints. Made with rice cream and less that 1% sugar, this is a firm favourite with our customers. Our recipe which was developed with the help of nutritionists uses rice cream instead of dairy and cocoa butter instead of palm oil. Our sweeteners are mainly a special blend of erythritol and inulin (which are derived from fruits & vegetables). We also use a tiny amount of sucralose (0.04%) to mimic the top notes of sugar.
