Originally working with coffee beans from Haiti, the Dufort family decided in 2014 to help organic cocoa producers on the island within the Islands Products structure. Located in the middle of the northern plain of the island, this terroir has a rich soil that is home to different crops such as coffee, bananas or oranges. This chocolate reveals rich floral and citric flavors, with caramelized notes. May contain traces of nuts
