Penja Blanc

Light brown to white berries with a lively aroma and even sharpness. Notes of smoke, menthol and camphor. Penja Blanc goes well with fish, poultry, vegetables, orange and pear. The pepper grows on mineral volcanic earth, which gives the pepper its character. Suitable for mortars and grinders.
