Quinto Ego is a brand founded in 2011 by a young Tuscan company built on the passion and creative spirit of 4 founding members who interpret the world of fashion through unique creations which blend the tradition and creativity of Made in Italy together with the contemporary of a current and innovative design.
Quinto Ego and its roots take us back over the years, to Tuscany, to Carrara, through the streets of a city that is a treasure chest of the tradition of gold and silver manufacturing. From the goldsmith experience of three generations of the Crocetti family of Carrara, passed on to Nicola Bastreri and Matteo Squassoni over the last twenty years, Carrararti was born in 2005. The desire for growth of the two partners, combined with the creative spirit of a young team of designers, find a natural synthesis in 2011 in the desire to found and present a new brand to the market: QUINTO EGO.
Quinto Ego not only creates, but dreams its jewels: from the dream the idea, through the drawing, the mold and the manufacturing. The result of fusion and a finishing process that still uses the traditional technique of fire welding, they are unique pieces that are never identical even if only for a tiny detail. With a game of alternations between polishing and blackening, the workmanship of Quinto Ego jewels highlights suggestive details on each of the creations as only the art of the handmade can do.
Quinto Ego weaves silver and semi-precious stones such as onyx, garnet, topaz, amethyst, kyanite and agate. Gothic-dreamy hints and inspirations for the collection that features rings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, earrings and cufflinks. Men and women, with the addition of some "special" creations.
Designed, built and packaged exclusively within the company in the artisan workshop a stone's throw from the center of Carrara, Quinto Ego jewels are Made In Italy creations.
