Carrot spread with organic spices

The carrot enhanced with a hint of ginger, coriander and turmeric gives this spread an Asian touch.   This new version is higher in spice.   Carrots, onions and sunflower seeds are grown in Dordogne.   The entire transformation is carried out in our workshop in Bergerac.
