Our organic risotto rice, the pinnacle of Italian rice, is cooked and ready to serve in just 17 minutes. We only use the best organic premium rice grains. Each grain is processed by hand on Italian rice fields in the Piedmont region. After a thorough selection and cleaning of the harvest, the risotto rice grains are packed in 450g bags.
