Produced on land managed using organic farming methods since 1996, the hay we select is dried by ventilation. Hand-cut by us, the grass we select is placed in a small dryer to be ventilated for around 48 hours. This process allows us to guarantee optimum quality, thus offering a rich aromatic palette appreciated by fine gourmets. Packaged in burlap bags, the sorting, sieving and packaging stages are carried out manually. Composition: Mixture of grasses (ryegrass, fescue, timothy, bluegrass, brome), legumes (clovers, alfalfa) and species growing naturally in our permanent or temporary meadows. Whatever the recipe, it is advisable to rinse it before incorporating it into culinary preparations.
