Cider Vinegar with Hay 25cl

Developed in partnership with Denis Maréchal, former chef and passionate about tangy flavors, rediscover the flavors of cider vinegar by letting yourself be carried away by this combination of finesse: the acidity of cider vinegar, combined with the sweetness of honey and with herbaceous notes of hay. Natural product, slightly filtered and unpasteurized, make vinegar a daily reflex in the kitchen and benefit from its countless benefits (according to medical literature, it would be beneficial, among other things, for regulating blood sugar, facilitating digestion, toning the skin, etc.) To sublimate your culinary preparations, it will be perfect to use as a seasoning for your salads, to marinate or deglaze white meat, to perfect a dessert... For original and tasty meals around hay, consider combining it with other products from our range: syrup, hay infusion... Since this natural cider vinegar is not pasteurized (i.e. heated to high temperature), it remains alive and will continue to evolve. Over time, a veil may appear, it is the mother of vinegar which in no way elates its quality and testifies to its naturalness. After opening, we advise you to keep it cool to slow down its bacteriological activity. However, the cold blocks its aromas, so be sure to take it out a few minutes before consuming it. When it is at room temperature or even slightly heated, it expresses itself and releases all its flavors.
