
Production: Cider vinegar results from the acetic fermentation of apple cider which occurs by transforming the alcohol contained in the apple cider into acetic acid in the presence of oxygen. The vinegar thus obtained does not undergo any pasteurization. The vinegar is then stored in oak barrels to be filtered before being packaged. Use: Use as a seasoning in salads or on raw vegetables. Nutritional interest: This product is part of a vegan, vegetarian diet and is suitable for people with lactose and gluten intolerance.
