Production: Alcohol vinegar results from the acetic fermentation of alcohol vinegar which occurs by the transformation of the alcohol contained in the alcohol vinegar into acetic acid in the presence of oxygen. The vinegar thus obtained does not undergo any pasteurization. The vinegar is then stored to be packaged. Use: To be used as a seasoning in salads or on raw vegetables and for household use.
