Brass'Tonfoin 33cl In collaboration with Pascale and Donatien, we have developed this amber beer with an original hay flavor. Artisan brewers based a few kilometers from the farm, this couple makes a range of artisanal and organic beers in their brewery ''Le Château de la Bière''. Brass'Tonfoin is an amber PALE ALE beer (said of a top-fermented beer, with a low alcohol content - around 5%). Organic, unfiltered, unpasteurized and re-fermented in the bottle, this beer is ideal to enjoy chilled as an aperitif.
