Organic Hay Tripe 600g

From our mixed and cross-breed cattle (Normande, Montbéliarde and Simmental), we are committed to offering tasty meat naturally rich in omega 3, offering marbling and very good taste quality. The diet of our animals is mainly based on pasture, with a supply of fresh grass and hay during the winter period. During the 3 month finishing period, the ration is supplemented from the cereals produced on the farm. Our animals are slaughtered a few kilometers from the farm in Gacé, then are cut up and vacuum packed by Les Eleveurs de la Charentonne. The '' Les Gorronnaises '' processing workshop then cooks these tripe and then packages them in 600g jars. This recipe combining the traditional flavor of tripe, to which the herbaceous notes of hay blend, was developed by Michelin-starred chef Hubert Nobis with whom we work.
