Our hay confit is produced in partnership with the André Guépratte workshop, a renowned jam maker in Normandy and Hubert Nobis starred chef a few km from the farm. This original and natural product is very suitable to accompany foie gras, many cheeses or can simply be eaten on a slice of bread. It is a product without coloring, without preservatives, without adding aroma.
