HAY OF CRAU AOC - MAS DE L'AQUEDUC - 1KG

The hay is selected for bagging for pets or the kitchen. The hay is dusted and bagged manually. It undergoes various checks before being put on sale and respects the specifications of the AOP. Foin de Crau obtained its AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) and its AOP (Appellation d'Origine Protégée, equivalent of the AOC at European level) in 1997 (EC Regulation n°2325/97 and publication in the Official Journal n° °224 of September 26, 1999). It is the first animal feed to obtain such a quality label, and still the only one today. This result is the fruit of a very old recognition and organization which began at the end of the 19th century and which continues to this day.
