Family house since 1860, specializing in the production of rare and atypical champagnes without malolactic fermentation and without filtration. 
Great freshness and minerality on the palate.
 The Vintage Collection is an exceptional champagne which has aged for 9 months in oak barrels, produced with the prestigious vines of Hautvillers, the domain of the monk Dom Perignon. 
There was a time when the monks of the abbey came to pray on this land, in low voices, hence the name of this vineyard. 
Champagne classified PREMIER CRU.       Discover its exquisite fragrance which is close to exotic fruits, and more particularly passion fruit: its venerable age has not altered the champagne, on the contrary it will appeal to lovers of old champagnes without oxidation. High aging potential (“keeping potential”).
