 The Millésime des Hautes-Prières is a 100% Chardonnay aged for 9 months in oak barrels, made with the prestigious vines of Hautvillers, the estate of the monk Dom Perignon. 
There was a time when the monks of the abbey came to pray on this land, in low voices, hence the name of this vineyard. 
Champagne classified PREMIER CRU.       Discover its captivating fragrance: its venerable age gives it an absolutely unique taste, close to honey/almond, a honey without sugar since this champagne is located between an extra-Brut and a NON-dosed (only 3g!).Very high aging potential ("keeping potential").
