Louis Vallon – Blanc de Noirs

The legend : The legend says that during the 100 years war, an abbot cultivated his vines in the moonlight, when the fighting stopped. This abbot came to the aid of a wounded English soldier. During his convalescence he made him discover his sparkling drink which he produced "when the valley shines", the first French words pronounced in English. In memory of this meeting, the abbot renamed his drink Luit Vallon which over time became Louis Vallon. Vinification: Louis Vallon Blanc de Noirs is produced according to very strict rules, respecting specifications specific to Crémants. The harvest is manual and the transport is carried out directly to the press using palox. The grape varieties are carefully blended by our oenologists and then vinified in the traditional way Grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc Tasting: Louis Vallon Blanc de Noirs charms us with its intense nose of white peach and almond.
