Produced from a blend of Chenin and Chardonnay, our Crémant de Loire is aged on slats for a minimum of 36 months. Such a long aging allows to reduce the acidity while allowing to obtain fine bubbles and a splendid aromatic bouquet. It is the ideal wine for aperitifs, chocolate desserts or with dishes such as chicken curry or couscous. Tasting Drinking temperature: 8°C Aging: 2 to 3 years
