Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil Vignobles Olivier ORGANIC 2021

Sustainable viticulture has been present at Domaine Olivier for many years. In order to go further in this ecological approach, we have taken the decision to convert part of our vineyard to Organic Farming. This conversion currently extends to an area of twenty hectares. Our first organic Cuvée is located in the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil appellation. Our Cabernet Franc take root on sand and gravel soils, allowing the development of a fresh, round wine, associated with aromas of red fruits.
