Arsius Bordeaux Clairet - CHR

Origins: Bordeaux Clairet: a wine rich in history. July 17, 1453: the Battle of Castillon ends the Hundred Years War and forces the English to surrender. This long period of three centuries of occupation, which resulted in rich commercial exchanges, favored the export of this light red wine, so appreciated by the British: Claret de Bordeaux. Now Clairet, the Arsius is the worthy heir. Its robe, dark rosé, places it in the line of atypical wines. More aromatic than a classic rosé, more fleshy and fat, we like to situate it between rosé and red. Grapes: Mainly Merlot Gourmet pairings: Arsius Clairet will be perfect as an aperitif, as a starter, with a main course and right up to dessert. It will be particularly appreciated on charcuterie, a fine Provençal tart, pasta with salmon, cod with aioli, paella... Conservation : To drink quickly.
