Origins: From organic farming, Sauv'Terre invites us to rediscover its emblematic grape varieties in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards. This cuvée has its roots in the historic town of Sauveterre de Guyenne. Our winegrowers work hand in hand to preserve biodiversity and pollinators, enhance the landscape and establish a balance between wine-growing environments and the natural spaces that surround them. Grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon. In the vineyard and in the cellar: Our technicians support the winegrowers on the estate on a daily basis in order to produce grapes that are perfectly suited to the profile of our Bordeaux Rouge Sauv’terre Bio. The grape varieties are carefully blended by our oenologists and then vinified in the traditional way Organoleptic description: The grapes harvested at optimum maturity offer a supple wine with melted tannins. Its aromas of blackcurrant and currant bring finesse and complexity to the nose, and the promise of a delicious mouthfeel.
